Carissa Galloway
Carissa Galloway is a Registered Dietitian, race announcer and certified personal trainer with a diverse background in nutrition, fitness, and television hosting. In addition to being the first host of the health show Bloom on WFLA NBC Tampa, Carissa is an internationally recognized nutrition and fitness expert and has appeared nationally on E! TV, The Daily Buzz, CBS College Sports and the Home Shopping Network both in the US and Australia. Carissa regularly appears in nutrition segments across the country. She is also a 6x marathoner and proud run-walk-run advocate who ran the 2019 Boston Marathon.
Lauren St. Germain
Lauren St. Germain is an anchor at ABC Action News in Tampa. She anchors a 3pm newscast and on the streaming news channel, ABC Action News+. When not working, she is usually exploring all of the outdoor adventures Florida has to offer or playing with her dog, Bella. Lauren has been involved with Girls on the Run for several years in multiple councils. She has had the honor of being a GOTR coach at different elementary schools in Florida and Tennessee and currently sits on the 5k committee. She believes the mission of GOTR is crucial to help girls grow into strong and confident women.
Rachel Feinman
Rachel Feinman is the Vice President of Innovation at Tampa General Hospital and the Managing Director of TGH Innoventures, TGH’s innovation center and corporate venture fund. In her role, Rachel leads innovation at TGH and oversees the organization’s venture investment strategy. Rachel has a passion for influencing the strategy and driving the action that enables impactful innovation to truly transform the delivery of healthcare. She also enjoys working with and mentoring early-stage startups and emerging entrepreneurs, most recently having served as the Executive Director of the Florida-Israel Business Accelerator, an organization focused on helping high impact Israeli startups penetrate the U.S. healthcare market. Rachel is a fully recovered business attorney with a long career advising clients raising from private investment funds to startups to large corporate organizations. Rachel lives in Tampa with her two sons, Asher and Ezra.
De Anna S. Ward
De Anna Sheffield Ward joined the Rays in January 2022 as vice president of media & communications. In this role, she assists with business-related communications and crisis communications. Prior to joining the Rays, Ward spent 14 years in various marketing, communications, development and corporate partnership roles with Big Brothers Big Sisters of America and Big Brothers Big Sisters of Tampa Bay. She began her career working in local television as a reporter, anchor and community affairs host in six different television markets, including spending six years with WTSP-TV Tampa Bay from 2001-07. Ward earned her bachelor’s degree in mass communications from Jackson State University and has certifications in fundraising and diversity, equity and inclusion. Ward spends time volunteering in the community as a member of Jack and Jill of America, Inc. and Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Inc. and was named Tampa Bay’s Big Sister of the Year in 2013. Ward and her husband, Rodney, reside in Apollo Beach with their two children, Payton and Jackson.
Dr. Persaud-Reddy
K. Angela Persaud-Reddy, MD, MBA, DipABLM is a board-certified physician in both Internal Medicine and Lifestyle Medicine. She is the Market Medical Executive for Cigna in the Central and North Florida market. Dr. Persaud-Reddy has been involved with almost every component of healthcare delivery including; pre-hospital, inpatient medical care, outpatient preventive care, academic, and healthcare administration. With over 20 years clinical experience, Dr. Persaud-Reddy observed that the escalating cost of healthcare and exponential growth in chronic diseases are unsustainable. This was the impetus that motivated her to complete an executive MBA from the University of South Florida in 2021. Her expertise is in Lifestyle Medicine, population health, value-based care, and social determinants of health.
Dra. Luz D. Randolph
Dra. Luz D. Randolph is the Sr. Vice President and Executive Director of City Year Baton Rouge. In this role she leads 11 staff members and approximately 40 AmeriCorps members serving in four partner schools for the 2022-2023 school year. Serve as liaison to the Board and external stakeholders to continue growing the CYBR brand in the community. Providing oversight to a current annual revenue budget of approximately $2.7 million while simultaneously securing the resources necessary to ensure the sustainability, growth, and scale to achieve City Year’s national Long-Term Impact goals.
TeriLyn Adams
TeriLyn Adams grew up in Salt Lake City, Utah, and now lives in Winston-Salem, NC with her husband, Tommy, and her young son, Thomas. A Foodie Stays Fit launched in 2009 and is a trusted resource for women who want to look and feel their best. TeriLyn is an accomplished runner, having run 50+ races, including the Boston Marathon and shares training advice on her blog (www.afoodiestaysfit.com). She also shares her favorite fashion and beauty finds on Instagram (@terilynadams). Before shifting to run her own company full-time, TeriLyn managed social media strategy for Wells Fargo and was a financial analyst at Goldman Sachs.
